He earned his law degree from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law and began his legal career in litigation, handling insurance defense, business and construction disputes, and personal injury matters across Florida. Representing both plaintiffs and defendants, negotiating with major insurance carriers, and participating in mediation proceedings provided him with a practical understanding of how legal issues unfold when planning is absent.
For more than a decade, Ernesto has advised clients and drafted sophisticated business agreements, working closely with physicians, dentists, and other professionals navigating the legal and financial complexities of their practices. This experience informs a disciplined and thoughtful approach to estate planning — one that considers not only legal documents, but the broader context in which those decisions are made.
His focus on estate planning is rooted in personal experience.
